Skate-a-thon 2025:  Thank you to everyone who took part in this fundraising event.  It was a great time of food, fun, and fellowship, and, of course, skating!  There are a few empty food containers yet on a cart by the office waiting to be claimed. Please hand in your sponsor sheets with the money collected by Friday, April 11th.  Some sponsors like to pay directly to the school as they sponsor other students as well and prefer to make only one payment.  Other sponsors pay to the student the amount owing with cash or cheque.  Please ensure that addresses are included with donators who wish to receive a tax receipt.  E-transfer to cash@tbcs.school.

Next week is school spirit week! Get creative and come dressed to participate in each theme day next week.

Monday: Wear your absolute FAVOURITE colour day! Are you a red-hot chili pepper? A blue ocean explorer? A sunny yellow sunflower? Show off your colorful personality!

Tuesday: Dress like a teacher or school worker day! Maybe you'll be a wise librarian, a super-powered principal, or a super-smart science teacher! Get ready to teach (or pretend to!)!

Wednesday: Anything but a backpack day! Forget your backpack! Get creative! Bring your stuff in a shopping cart, a pillowcase, a wheelbarrow, a giant stuffed animal, a fishbowl (with no water!), or ANYTHING else you can think of (as long as it's safe and school-appropriate!). Let's see who's the most inventive!

Thursday: 90’s day! Get ready to travel back in time to the totally awesome 90s! Think bright colors, baggy clothes, scrunchies, fanny packs, and maybe even a Tamagotchi! Let's party like it's 1999! #90’s babies!

Friday: Crazy hair day! Let your hair go wild! Spikes, braids, glitter, feathers, or anything your imagination can dream up! The crazier, the better!

We can’t wait to see the creativity from all students and staff next week and look forward to all the fun! – The Student Council
